In the last few years craft beers have attracted more and more attention and local brewers have been invited to introduce their creations at Borganika several times. Our chefs make these evenings special by creating superior menus to match the drinks.
Our events and activities are not only cooking classes to teach the latest culinary tricks and tips, we also help develop our community. The focus of our workshops have a wide scope: as part of our “My Granny” courses, you can learn how to make pickles or bake traditional pastries and cakes from a real Grandma.
Of course if you want to participate in a wine course with your friends, we are ready to create a tailored event for 5 people and above. We also have our Hungarian Beer Academy where you can learn about beer and brewing while tasting.
