We have shaped our operations with sustainability in mind. Our ingredients are sourced from local small-scale producers, with special attention to vendors at the Klauzál Square Market Hall. This ensures that we always work with the freshest and most flavorful local ingredients. But Borganika is about more than just cooking: we have created a community space that, beyond its exciting design, professional equipment, and outstanding expertise, provides a setting for meaningful connections and unique experiences.
Our venue, equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and tools, is suitable for hosting any gastronomy-related event. Community cooking or a classic cooking school? Anything is possible here!

On the upper floor of the Klauzál Square Market Hall, we provide a venue for seated events of up to 70 guests or standing receptions for up to 120 guests, whether it’s a corporate event or a family gathering.
We are happy to cater events of any size, delivering full menus as if you were dining with us on-site.
